Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legal provisions, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products pursuant to Articles 52-59 of the Consumer Code.

Customers wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase may send an email indicating the invoice number to amministrazione@dragonet.it

 

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

1. Goods must be returned intact and complete with all parts;
2. Goods must be returned in their original packaging;
3. Goods must be returned complete with the attached documentation.

Delivery and return costs are to be borne by the Customer.

Dragonet Sport Technology s.r.l. cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipment.

 

Refunds

The order will always be subject to approval; otherwise, the refund process will be initiated. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.

If the payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be processed to the IBAN from which the payment was originally made. If the order was made via PayPal or credit card, Dragonet will refund the full amount of the order, but will retain transaction fees related to the credit card used and 5% of the PayPal fees.

Every order is subject to manual verification and approval. If the bank identifies the order as potentially fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel and refuse the order. In such cases, the Customer will be contacted and asked to choose an alternative payment method. The product will be held for 5 days; if the Customer does not respond within this period, the order will be permanently canceled.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at amministrazione@dragonet.it.

 

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal 

Certain products cannot be returned. These include:

1. Items with a detached label.
2. Balls, even if unopened.
3. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the Customer.
4. Customized or made-to-order items according to the Customer's specifications.
