Pre-Orders and Subscriptions Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of products, whether digital or physical, based on the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, it must be canceled at least 15 days before the renewal date.
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may not collect any payment or may collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. We'll ensure that from the provided date of availability, which will be communicated to you during checkout, we'll be then able to provide shipping in 5-7 working days, as our shipping policy.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you can request a full or partial refund. Refunds will be handled according to the same terms outlined in our Returns Policy.
